<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light irradiation device with a plurality of light source units in which light irradiated from each light source unit or each light source unit group is irradiated to a prescribed light irradiation region appropriately and superposed by adopting a case or a support having a structure comparatively easy to work and assembly. <P>SOLUTION: The light irradiation device is composed of a light source unit group 2X having a plurality of light source units 2 consisting of a lamp 21, a reflection mirror 22 to reflect light from the lamp 21, a case 23 to house the lamp 21 and the reflection mirror 22. In the light source unit group 2X, each case 23 of the light source units 2 is arranged mutually adjacently and an outer wall face 231 to which the case 23 and the case 23 adjoin is formed in plane shape, and the outer wall face 231 is slanted against the optical axis of the lamp 21 so that light emitted from each light source unit 2 may be irradiated superposed in the prescribed light irradiation region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
