<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat deformation suppressing structure capable of sufficiently suppressing the deformation of a vehicular seat at a vehicular side collision. <P>SOLUTION: A moment cancel plate 34 is provided at the outside end in the vehicle width direction of a seat rod 33. When the other vehicle receives a collision to a side and a center pillar 7 enters a cabin space, the entered pillar inner 14 is abutted on an upper side part the moment cancel plate 34, and a part positioned at the lower part than a joining part with the seat rod 33 of the moment cancel plate 34 is moved to a rocker 6 side with a joining part as a fulcrum abutted on a side surface 11a of a rocker inner 11. The cancel moment M2 in the opposite direction (clockwise direction in Fig.3) to a bending moment M1 with the joining part with the moment cancel plate 34 as a fulcrum is actuated to the seat rod 33, and cancels a part or all of the bending moment M1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
