<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window regulator capable of maintaining the superior downward operation of a window panel even if the wear of a carrier member at the portion thereof in slidable contact with a guide rail is advanced. <P>SOLUTION: This window regulator includes the carrier member 7. The carrier member 7 is provided with an engagement part 34 slidably engaged with the guide rail 9, movable along the guide rail 9, and supports the window panel.
