<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a thickness of a connector itself while securing strength of a housing. <P>SOLUTION: A cam groove 8, which locks a slider 6 in a predetermined position by engaging with an engagement pin 9, is formed on the slider 6. The cam groove 8 has an initial position where the engagement pin 9 is positioned initially, and a lock position where the slider 6 is locked in a predetermined position. The initial position is located closer to a card insertion direction than at the lock position, and is formed in a position where a height of the cam groove 8 at an inner bottom surface is higher than the lock position. An opening part 205 is formed on part of a position on a bottom surface of the housing 2 facing the slider 6. In starting mount of the card, an opposite surface of the slider 6 to the housing 2 corresponding to the initial position of the engagement pin 9 is arranged opposite to the opening part 205. At a completion of the mount, the opposite surface of the slider 6 to the housing 2 corresponding to the initial position of the engagement pin 9 is oppositely arranged on the bottom surface of the housing 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
