PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a number-of-responses calculation device for calculating an optimum number of responses according to a target response rate by more accurately predicting a demand for a response from a call center. SOLUTION: The sum of the number of pieces of incoming-call information for indicating a response to an incoming call within a fixed period in a plurality of pieces of prestored incoming-call information, and the number of incoming-call sources of an incoming call without any responses within the fixed period is calculated as the number of items. Based on the number of items, the target response rate, and a redial rate, the number of responses where the ratio of the number of responses to the number of incoming calls to the call center exceeds the target response rate, is calculated.
