<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with a lithium-ion secondary battery capable of being arranged without occupying a large space and capable of exerting safe and sufficient power generation performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The lithium-ion secondary battery 1 includes a positive electrode 11, a negative electrode 12, and a solid electrolyte 13 which contains lithium (Li), phosphorus (P) and sulfur (S) and which is interposed between the positive and negative electrodes 11 and 12.
