PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis result to a driver more properly and more intelligibly, in a device and a system for providing a diagnosis result of a driving condition of a vehicle to the driver. SOLUTION: As a diagnosis mode, either of real-time driving diagnosis for diagnosing in real time a behavior and a traveling state of a vehicle, and driving tendency diagnosis for diagnosing a driving tendency, can be used, and either of a real-time driving diagnosis screen and a driving tendency diagnosis screen is selected based on input by a user, and switching is displayed (S410:YES to S420).
