<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a class-AB amplifier circuit in which power consumption is reduced. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The class-AB amplifier circuit 50 is provided with an input stage circuit 100, an intermediate stage circuit 200, a final stage circuit 300, and a phase compensation capacitor element C1. The intermediate stage circuit 200 includes floating constant current sources MP22 and MN22 connected to a node N1, a transistor MP23 in which a bias voltage is supplied to a gate, and a constant current source MP21 connected to the node N1 through the transistor MP23. The final stage circuit is provided with an output stage transistor MP31 whose gate is connected to the node N1 and which controls the voltage of an output terminal OUT. Also, the phase compensation capacitor element C1 is connected to the connection node N5 of the constant current source MP21 and the transistor MP23 at one end, and connected to the output terminal OUT at the other end.
