<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper packaging bag for food whose inner layer oil/water absorbing paper absorbs oil and water coming from an oil fried food and simultaneously whose oilproof paper shuts off the oil and water absorbed by the oil/water absorbing paper for solving the problems of the condensation and collection of oil and water at the bottom of the bag and for efficiently preventing the oil and water from oozing out. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This relates to a paper packaging bag 1 for food made of oilproof paper 2 suitable for packaging oil fried foods such as fried potatoes, fried chicken, hamburger, croquette, etc. The bag 1 is made of the oilproof paper 2, and oil/water absorbing paper 3 is attached to the inside face (bag inside face) of the paper 2.
