PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and low-power electric cooker provided with a sterilization means with improved sterilization capability. SOLUTION: The electric cooker 1 includes a pot 10 for putting an object to be cooked in, a body container 2 for housing the pot 10, a freely openable and closable lid body 11 for covering the opening of the pot 10 and the body container 2, a heating means for heating the object to be cooked inside the pot 10, and a control means 9 for controlling the heating means and executing a rice cooking step of cooking the object to be cooked inside the pot 10 and a warming step of warming at a prescribed temperature after the end of the rice cooking step.
