PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cleaning a small lid capable of exactly cleaning a small lid and parts to be cleaned around it, and a coke oven extruder equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The apparatus for cleaning a small lid includes an imaging section 475b to pick up an image of the small lid, and a starting point detection section 475c to detect the starting point of cleaning work start from the image data obtained by the imaging section 475b, wherein a nozzle section 473a is configured such that it moves on the basis of the starting point detected in the starting point detection section 475c.
