PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical composition and a preventive treatment agent useful for prevention and/or treatment of deformative or inflammatory disorders of articular tissues (such as arthropathy and arthritis). SOLUTION: The medical composition and the preventive treatment agent include vitamin B<SB>1</SB>s (such as fursultiamine or its salts), glycosaminoglycans (such as chondroitin sulfate or its salts) and glucuronic acids (such as glucuronic acid or its salts, amides, chain esters or lactones) and are useful for prevention or treatment of arthritis, arthropathy, deformative arthropathy and articular function disorders.
