PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring control system of elevators capable of efficiently grasping information about operation states of the elevators in an earthquake disaster area immediately after occurrence of an earthquake. SOLUTION: The monitoring control system of the elevators includes a timer 31a, started when an earthquake detection signal is generated, of which setting time differs in accordance with magnitude of level of the earthquake detection signal. On finishing the setting time of the timer 31a, operation state information of an elevator of which reading of operation state information by a monitoring center device 4 is not completed is reported from the monitoring device 3 to the monitoring center device 4.
