<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve a power supply wiring layout of a semiconductor integrated circuit in a short period, and to design the semiconductor integrated circuit with high durability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a design support device, an acquisition part 401 acquires power supply wiring layout information 100 wherein a standard cell is not arranged, and a detection part 402 detects a via missing part. Next, an extraction part 403 extracts a cross point on a power supply wiring line of a bottommost layer from the power supply wiring layout information 100. A first search part 404 searches for a power supply wiring route to the cross point on the bottommost layer wiring line from a power supply pad, wherein a resistance value becomes minimum not through the via missing part. A second search part 405 searches for a power supply wiring route through the via missing part based on the resistance value of the power supply wiring route searched for by the first search part 404.
