摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a configuration of a portion for storing an expansion valve between a double-pipe heat exchanger in which a high-temperature high-pressure refrigerant is made to flow outside an inner pipe and an evaporator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: As an internal heat exchanger 9, the double-pipe heat exchanger constituted by concentrically arranging an outer pipe 10 and the inner pipe 11, is used. By extending and expanding the outer pipe 10, an extension portion 14 for storing the expansion valve 8 is formed. Thus, a connecting portion of the extension portion 14 for storing the expansion valve 8 and the double-pipe heat exchanger and the outer pipe 10 are integrated so as to eliminate the need for a sealing member. A high-pressure passage 12, between the outer pipe 10 and the inner pipe 11, is communicated by an inlet port 15 of the expansion valve 8 via a connection member 27. The outlet port 16 of the expansion valve 8 and the extension portion 14 are connected to a refrigerant inlet piping 4 and a refrigerant outlet piping 5 of the evaporator 1 via a jointing member 7.
