<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy load lifting-moving device stably and safely moving a heavy load such as a refrigerator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A roller 17 is journalled in a lower part of a body 11 by a roller shaft 16, and a forward extending fork 1 is rotatably journalled in an upper part of the body 11 by a fork shaft 9, and a backward extending handle member 19 is arranged in the rear of the body 11 in a front-low/rear-high state. The heavy load lifting-moving device 20 is prepared by two to be simultaneously used, and both leg parts on this side of the heavy load such as the refrigerator are lifted and draggingly moved.
