<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inattentive driving determination device which can raise determination accuracy of inattentive driving. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The inattentive driving determination device 1 includes: a camera 2 which takes an image in front of a vehicle; a sight line measurement camera 3 which detects a sight line of a driver D; an optical flow computing part 41 which computes an optical flow based on the image picked up with the camera 2; a movement vector operation part 42 which performs operation on a movement vector of a sight line based on the sight line of the driver D; and an inattentive driving determination part 43 which determines whether or not the driver D looks aside while driving. Then when the optical flow and the sight line movement vector match for predetermined time, it is determined that the driver looks aside while driving, and an alarm 5 sounds a warning sound.
