<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate selection of a plurality of memory banks in selecting and using the memory banks in order to virtually widen a space of an internal memory to which a CPU can perform direct access. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A programmable controller allocates memory banks corresponding to the main memory of a CPU to each module for arrangement, and the CPU can perform the direct access by selecting the memory bank in the modules by a slot number.
