PRODUCTION CONTROL SYSTEM HAVING REAL TIME COST CALCULATION FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A production control system having a real-time cost calculation function is provided to calculate production cost and production efficiency accurately in real time based on the accurate calculation of man and machine factors. CONSTITUTION: A button operation unit controls production facilities(100), and an operation display output unit displays the state of facility operating state. A microcontroller controls the production facility based on the state data of the production facility, and an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) reader(600) is additionally installed at one side of the production facility. The RFID reader includes an RFID controller, a card reader and a microprocessor. Based on the data from the microcontroller, machine and man factors are calculated. The machine and man factors are transmitted to a server(200) in a network through each kind of communication ports(604).
