PURPOSE: An elbow formation system and a formation method thereof are provided to minimize damage to the surface of a product by converting a bending direction upward and prevent damage to the inner diameter by removing chips remaining in the inner diameter. CONSTITUTION: An elbow formation system comprises a upper hoisting feeding clamper(20), a lower hoisting feeding clamper(20'), a feeding cylinder(21), a bending die(B), an upper hoisting fixing clamper(30), a lower hoisting fixing clamper(30'), a cylinder(31), a rotary saw(32), a bending roller(33), a motor(M), a hose feeding roller(40), an injection nozzle(41), an oil hose(H), a tension reel(42), an idle roller(43), an oil recovery container(44), an oil filtering net(45), an elbow discharge hole(46), a ball mandrel(50), a pusher(51), a compression die(52), a main-cylinder(53), a bending cylinder, a rack gear, a pinion gear, a pusher cylinder(57), a swing arm(58), a slider(59), and a bending forming part(A). The pusher cylinder pushes a pusher with the pressure of 100-150 kg/cm^2. A metal pipe material(1) is clamped by the upper hoisting feeding clamper and the lower hoisting feeding clamper.
