PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing bread with rubus coreanus powder is provided to ensure the incense and flavor sense of rubus coreanus while keeping excellent nutrient component which is included in the rubus coreanus by mixing rubus coreanus powder less than 40 mesh with potatoes, egg, sugar, butter, milk, wheat flour, red bean powder, a small amount of baking powder in proper mixing ratio. CONSTITUTION: A dry rubus coreanus is pulverized to 40 mesh. A stuffing is made of rubus coreanus 100g, potatoes 1kg, 3 eggs, sugar 70-100g, butter 20g, milk 20g, fresh cream 20-30g, small amount of salt, perfume, and rum. A slice is made by kneading the rubus coreanus 60g, 3 eggs, sugar 250g, butter 45g, milk 30-40g, wheat flour 200g, red bean powder 250g, small amount of baking powder. The bread with shape in which the stuffing is surrounded with the slice is molded and the molded bread is baked in oven at 170-200°C temperature for 10 minutes.
