EXHAUST EMISSION CONTROL DEVICE FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device for an internal combustion engine capable of reducing a sense of incongruity given to an operator at a time of start and completion of regeneration process, and of starting or completing regeneration process even in various operation states.

SOLUTION: In this exhaust emission control device, a control device judges whether estimated PM accumulation quantity PMsm is not less than regeneration process start value PMst in process of step S11, and turns on start delay operation of regeneration process in process of step S12 if the judgment result is affirmative. The control device starts regeneration process in process of step S14 under a condition where an accelerator is operated and is put in an off-state in process of step S13.
