<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniform antireflection coating which is formed on a glass substrate having a low or medium refractive index, has excellent transmittance and excellent scratch resistance and a tarnish-preventing effect without suffering flare and ghost, and to provide an optical member comprising the antireflection coating, an exchange lens and an imaging device. <P>SOLUTION: The antireflection coating comprises first to seventh layers formed on the substrate in this order. The substrate has a refractive index of 1.45 to 1.72 at light in a wavelength range of 400 to 700 nm. The first layer is composed of alumina as a main component, and refractive indices of the second to sixth layers are 1.95 to 2.23, 1.33 to 1.50, 2.04 to 2.24, 1.33 to 1.50, and 1.85 to 2.40, respectively. The seventh layer is composed of a conjugant of mesoporous silica nano-particles, and optical thicknesses of the first to the seventh layers are 25.0 to 250.0 nm, 27.5 to 52.5 nm, 37.5 to 54.0 nm, 45.0 to 62.5 nm, 77.5 to 102.5 nm, 16.0 to 26.5 nm, and 112.5 to 162.5 nm, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
