<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely connect a common electrode electrically to a terminal part drawn out from the common electrode. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for this color filter substrate includes a melting process for melting an outer end part 13c of a resist layer 13, to cover a side end face of a black matrix 14, by heating the outer end part 13c of the resist layer 13 projected outwards from an outer frame part 14a of the black matrix 14, after exposing the outer end part 13c, before a transparent conductive film forming process for forming a transparent conductive film 18 in a transparent substrate 11 formed respectively with color filters 17, and for forming the common electrode 18a covering each color filter, and the terminal part 18b drawn out from the common electrode 18a to an outside of the black matrix 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
