<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling controller that shortens a convergence time of a rotational frequency by feedback. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a rotational frequency calculated by a rotational frequency operation unit 21 varies within a prescribed time, a difference detecting circuit 35 calculates the difference in rotational frequency between before-variation and after-variation. A correction value operation unit 36 registers the difference as a correction value in a memory array 37 associatively with the rotational frequency before the variation and identification information for identifying an air capacity calculation module among 10-1 to 10-N which outputs an air capacity value that the rotational frequency operation unit 21 uses to calculate the rotational frequency.
