PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel light emitting nano sheet, and applications of the light emitting nano sheet. SOLUTION: The light emitting nano sheet includes a nano sheet provided by combining perovskite octahedral crystals in a plane form, and a triple crystal sheet structure where the octahedral crystals are triply laminated in the vertical direction to the sheet face, in which a means characterized in that an element which is a light emitting center is dissolved as a solid in the octahedral crystal laminate is used.
