PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a cutting blade for a longer time even when the cutting edge of the cutting blade is worn and prevent the cutting edge from being broken. SOLUTION: A cutting device has cutting means 3 in which the cutting blade 30 includes a grip part 301 and the cutting edge 300 in an outer peripheral side of the grip part 301, the cutting blade 30 mounted on a mounting shaft 32 is held between a fixing flange 33 and a detachable flange 34 and the cutting edge 300 protrudes from outer periphery sides of the fixing flange 33 and the detachable flange 34. The fixing flange 33 and the detachable flange 34 are replaced by flanges having different outside diameters so that an amount of protrusion of the cutting edge 300 from the outer periphery sides of the fixing flange 33 and the detachable flange 34 may be adjusted, the life of the cutting blade 30 may be lengthened and a proper amount of protrusion of the cutting edge 300 may be ensured so as to meet the thickness of a wafer to be cut.
