<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce abnormal noise due to the vibration of a pressure regulator by preventing the vibration of the pressure regulator of a fuel supply device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fuel supply device 1 is mounted on a fuel tank 2 for supplying fuel to an engine via a fuel pipe 3. The device includes a motor driven fuel pump 10 for pumping the fuel from the fuel tank and delivering it to the fuel pipe 3, the pressure regulator 20 for opening a valve to recirculate the fuel into the fuel tank when fuel pressure is a predetermined value or higher, and a case member 4 fixed to the fuel tank 2 and having a regulator mounting hole 25 for storing the pressure regulator 20. In the regulator mounting hole 25, a regulator holding spring 27 is mounted which has a holding piece 32 for elastically abutting on the pressure regulator 20.
