PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing plate which combines strength and hardness, provided by iron, with flexibility provided by a rubber, and which is substituted for a spread iron plate. SOLUTION: This curing plate is made of a 50-60% rubber component and a 13-16% thermoplastic synthetic resin component, based on the gross mass of the curing plate, and various additives and fillers as the rest; a permeable hole as a weep hole is drilled in the thickness direction of the curing plate; a plurality of protrusions are protrusively provided on the top surface of the curing plate; a groove portion between the protrusions serves as a channel; and concurrently, the protrusion can serve as an nonslip during walking.
