PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary fixture which facilitates a change of an installation direction of a sanitary fixture body, and which can be surely fixed in the desired installation direction. SOLUTION: A Western-style closet bowl as the sanitary fixture includes a closet bowl body 1A which includes a toilet bowl 10, a fixture exhaust pipe 11 communicating with the toilet bowl 10, and a leg portion 12 surrounding the fixture exhaust pipe 11 and opened downward. A connecting socket 20, fixed to the floor surface F enclosed with the leg portion 12, makes the fixture exhaust pipe 11 communicate with an exhaust pipe 2 elongated downward from a floor surface F. A fixing implement 30, provided between the connecting socket 20 and the leg portion 12, can turn the closet bowl body 1A on the axial core of the fixture exhaust pipe 11 to changeably fix the installation direction of the closet bowl body 1A.
