PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse radar apparatus for obtaining a relative distance to a target by using a plurality of PRIs, and avoiding the existence of a range bin which cannot be ranged. SOLUTION: The pulse radar apparatus includes: a PRI setting device 1 for setting a plurality of PRIs; a transmitting/receiving section 100 for transmitting a pulse train B at a predetermined preset time interval per PRI in the direction of the target A, receiving a reflection signal C from the target A, and generating a plurality of received video signals per range bin; a target detector 18 for individually detecting the target in a plurality of the received video signal per a plurality of the PRIs; and a transmission blind considering ranging device 19 for obtaining the relative distance of the target A by using PRI information, transmission blind information and range bin information on the individual target detected per PRI.
