PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC/DC complex plug capable of feeding both an alternating-current power source and a direct-current power source, and thereby capable of feeding power, even to a load apparatus with comparatively large power consumption, as well as, a load apparatus and a table tap. SOLUTION: In the AC/DC complex plug 4 which is to be connected to a receptacle device 1, having arrayed at a given interval an AC receptacle part 3a for supplying alternating-current power source to an alternating-current load with, and a DC receptacle part 2a which supplies a direct-current power source, in which information signals are superimposed on a direct-current voltage with the use of high-frequency carrier waves to a direct-current load with, an AC plug 4B to be connected to the AC receptacle part 3a, and a DC plug 4A to be connected to the DC receptacle part 2a are arranged, on the surface of the plug body 40 opposed to the receptacle device 1 at a given interval.
