PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper money storage device which accurately positions a pusher plate for pushing paper money, and is assembled by easy operation. SOLUTION: Paid-in paper money is stopped at a prescribed position on the pusher plate 4. Eccentric cams 10b are each arranged in the neighborhood of the internal face of a main arm 5 on the pusher plate 1 so as to be integrally rotated by a rotational shaft 11. A pusher pin 14 erected at a position decentered from the rotational shaft 11 is planted in the eccentric cam 10b, and brought into contact with the slide contact surface (lower face) of the pusher frame 1 side of the main arm 5. When the rotational shaft 11 is rotated in a clockwise direction, the pusher pin 14 of the eccentric cam 10b is moved to a direction where its slide contact point with the main arm 5 is isolated from a support shaft 52b of the main arm 5.
