PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like article for electric noise suppression, which is not too bulky because of its controlled thickness, is easy to handle and upon use owing to its sheet-like shape, and can prevent ignition due to heat generation of a circuit board when the article is used for EMC countermeasure for circuit boards, etc. SOLUTION: The sheet-like article for electric noise suppression has a configuration that conductive fibers and non-conductive fibers constitute a network-like structure. Preferably, the conductive fibers are fibrous carbon, particularly, CNT (carbon nanofiber). It is preferred that the conductive fibers are contained by 0.1-80%, a surface intrinsic resistance is 0.001-107Ω/square, and a thickness is 10-200 μm.
