PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill carrying device allowing its carrying passage length to be easily adjusted, hardly causing failure or a jam of a bill with a simple constitution, and also allowing easy maintenance. SOLUTION: An air-blowing side passage 32 and an exhaust side passage 31 are partitioned in the vertical direction inside one duct 22, and the air-blowing side passage 32 and the exhaust side passage 31 are connected by one end of the duct 22. Air is sent into the air-blowing side passage 32 from the other end of the duct 22, and a flow of the air is generated toward the exhaust side passage 31 from the air-blowing side passage 32.
