<p>It is possible to visualize the entire bubble barium meal existing in a tissue tomography in the real time and surely distinguish only the signals coming from the barium meal so as to obtain an image. A transmission beam is applied from a probe (1) to an examinee to which an ultrasonographic barium meal has been administered. When obtaining a tissue tomogram by using an echo accompanying the transmission, a plurality of transmission beams having different focal distances are applied in the descending order of the focal distance and the reception echo signal accompanying the beam application is subjected to a correction calculation. A difference calculation unit (14) calculates a difference between a reception beam and a reception beam immediately before. A multiplication process unit (11) performs multiplication so as to visualize the entire bubble barium meal and extracts only the barium meal component to obtain an image.</p>
