The receiving bush is fastened to headrest bars (1a, 1b) by two fastening elements e.g. fastening plate (3) and counter plate (4). The fastening plate comprises the bush and the locking device, and is fastened with the counter plate at the headrest bars. An opening (6) of the bush is arranged at an outer wall (3b) of the fastening plate, where the wall is turned away from the bars.
