SYSTEM AND METHOD CONTROLLING AUTHORITY OF WATCHING BROADCASTS

PURPOSE: A system and a method for controlling a right of watching a broadcast are provided to efficiently control whether to provide a broadcast service even though a subscriber uses a random terminal due to movement of a USIM(UMTS Subscriber Identity Module) card. CONSTITUTION: A terminal unit(100) executes a broadcast service. A broadcast service managing unit(200) forms subscription details of the broadcast service for the terminal unit. A CAS(Conditional Access System) unit(300) forms an EMM(Entitlement Management Message) including broadcast receiving control information. The CAS unit transmits the formed EMM to the terminal unit.
