The present invention concerns a door lock strike plate with a shock-absorption function. More specifically, a door (2) is hinge-coupled in the inner side of a door frame (1) attached to the wall of a building, and a door lock (10) is set in the door (2), and a strike plate (20) locking and unlocking a latch bolt (12) of the door lock (10) is set in the door. For preventing the door (2) from making noise caused by collision with a projection (1a) of the door frame (1) when closing the door (2), a compression coil spring (40) enables a buffering member (30) to protrude from the strike plate (20). When closing the door (2), the buffering member is pressed by the door (2) and is inserted inside the projection (1a) of the door frame (1), compressing the compression coil spring (40). Then when opening the door (2) again, the compression coil spring (40) returns the buffering member to where it was. |
