<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute black lining processing flexibly corresponding to an occurrence region of an intrinsic noise. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 1 divides a black image into a plurality of divided images under the control of a system control section 113, and calculates a noise evaluation value indicating the occurrence situation of the intrinsic noise of an image pickup device 103 for each of the plurality of divided images.
