<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low calorie vegetable drink increased in a proportion of leaf vegetables, improved in dispersibility of solid content, decreased in sloppiness, and reduced in green smell peculiar to the leaf vegetables. <P>SOLUTION: This low calorie vegetable drink is obtained by restricting calorie per 100 mL to ≤20 kcal, and adjusting a viscosity to 20-150 cp by mixing agar. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
