<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for ceramic extrusion-molded bodies, which ensures a high molding speed and yields a ceramic extrusion-molded body free from drying cracks, without damaging extrusion moldability, and to provide a method for manufacturing the ceramic extrusion-molded body. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for the ceramic extrusion-molded body including a ceramic material, a water-soluble cellulose ether, a styrenesulfonate and water is kneaded, extrusion-molded, dried and fired. The water-soluble cellulose ether is selected from alkyl cellulose, hydroxyalkyl cellulose and hydroxyalkyl alkyl cellulose, and the composition for the ceramic extrusion-molded body comprises, to 100 pts.mass of the ceramic material, 1 to 15 pts.mass of water-soluble cellulose ether, 1 to 15 pts.mass of styrenesulfonate and 10 to 50 pts.mass of water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
