PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine which permits the interest of a game to be further improved when game balls rolling on a lower stage are transferred to the vicinity of the inlet by a lift. SOLUTION: The Pachinko game machine includes a winning assisting passage 45 in which a center accessory 16 makes a game ball B flow into an inlet 50 opened in the upper stage 20 of a stage portion 19 and permits it to flow out from an outlet 63 toward a winning pocket, a lift 65 having a receiving and holding portion 67 receiving the game ball on the lower stage 29 side and capable of transferring it to the upper stage side, a return route 42 capable of returning game balls not flowing into the inlet to the lower stage from the upper stage, a discharge route 40 capable of discharging the game balls, and a ball-entering opening 17 making the game balls win. The inlet 50 permits the game balls not flowing into the inlet to roll to the return route 42 and moves forward and backward to the right and the left. The receiving and holding portion 67 is arranged so as to transfer the game balls received on the lower stage 29 side to the upper stage 20 side of the moving forward and backward area on the right and the left of the inlet 50.
