PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwashing machine which can realize energy saving. SOLUTION: This dishwashing machine 1 ejects washing water stored in a washing water tank to a washing room. In a normal mode, a washing water heater is controlled on the basis of a measured value of a washing water temperature sensor so that the temperature of washing water in the washing water tank may be a predetermined value. During an operation rest, a waiting mode is set, and the washing water heater is controlled so that the temperature of washing water in the washing water tank may be a waiting temperature lower than the set temperature. With this setting, the normal mode is set during a busy period, and the waiting mode is set during an operation rest to achieve energy saving during the operation rest.
