<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil well pipe screw-thread shape perimeter measuring device capable of setting a distance between the shaft center of a pipe end of an oil well pipe and a light receiving lens of a camera at a focal distance, even when the shaft center of the pipe end of the oil well pipe is set by a conveyance facility of the oil well pipe in the deviated state from a straight line passing a screw-thread shape measuring reference position, or when the pipe end of the oil well pipe has a bent portion. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a deviation quantity operation means for imaging a silhouette image of a screw-thread part of the oil well pipe by an imaging element of the camera, and determining a deviation quantity of the shaft center of the pipe end of the oil well pipe from the straight line passing the screw-thread shape measuring reference position which is the rotation center of an optical system based on image information of the acquired silhouette image; and an optical system focal point deviation correction adjustment mechanism of four-axis driving for correcting the deviation quantity determined by the shift quantity operation means.
