PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly hermetically close a quartz tube in a short time by rapidly dissolving quartz under an environmental atmosphere. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of a sample housing container made of quartz, the pin part 22 of a quartz pin 2 is inserted in the opening part of a housing container 1 made of quartz to arrange the quartz pin 2 to the upper end of the opening part, the quartz pin 2 is covered with a cap 3 comprising a conductor through a cap foil 4, a dielectric coil 51 is arranged around the cap 3, and the quartz of the quartz pin 2 and the quartz of the housing container 1 are melted by heating the cap 3 by high frequency induction heating to hermetically close the housing container 1.
