PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain and a power transmission device capable of more reducing noises and improving durability by properly preparing a long link in consideration of the minimum operation radius of a pulley. SOLUTION: Links having different length in the chain-advancing direction are arranged at random, and the arrangement positions of long links having longer length in the chain-advancing direction are regulated in a random arrangement so as to keep the number of pins engaged with the pulley constant at the minimum operation radius of a stepless speed change device.
