PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the dust collection side of a downstream filter can not be cleaned well because an upstream filter overhangs the downstream filter with the gravity when the dust collection side of the downstream filter is cleaned. SOLUTION: The dust collection device includes a dust collection case 8 for collecting dust; the upstream filter 9 turnably provided in the dust collection case 8 for catching rough dust; the downstream filter 10 turnably provided in the dust collection case 8 for catching fine dust passing through the upstream filter 9; a buckle for holding the downstream filter 10 in the dust collection case 8; a locking portion for holding the upstream filter 9 in the dust collection case 8; and a control portion for releasing the hold with the buckle and the locking portion. The hold is released by operating the control portion, and after opening an opening portion of the dust collection case 8 by sequentially turning the downstream filter 10 and the upstream filter 9, only the upstream filter 9 can be held in the dust collection case 8.
