<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemp-like woven fabric having characteristics of a hemp cloth such as dry touch feeling, lightweight feeling, bulking feeling, natural different fineness feeling, fresh cool feeling, and pleasant wearing feeling with rich moisture-absorbing and releasing property, and little sweaty feeling. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The woven fabric is constituted of slub-shaped yarns obtained by subjecting cellulose-based filaments and polyester-based filaments to composite texturing, and fused textured yarns comprising composite yarns of the cellulose-based filaments and the polyester-based filaments.
