<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror moving mechanism for suppressing a biasing force from becoming reduced, and to provide an imaging apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mirror moving mechanism includes: a connection protrusion part 36 cooperatively moves with the raising/lowering operation of a reflection member; a moving member 21 having a guide part 21h, a first biasing means 27 for biasing the moving member 21 upward; a locking member 23 that locks the locking protrusion part 21p of the moving member 21 to suppress the biasing force of the first biasing means 27; and a second biasing means 29 disposed between the connection protrusion part 36 and the moving member 21, for biasing the connection protrusion part 36 downward. When the reflection member is moved from the mirror-down position to a predetermined position by the external force, the connection protrusion part 36 is moved upward along the guide part 21h, and the moving member 21 is moved by a pressurizing force applied from the connection protrusion part 36 to the moving member 21 through the guide part 21h.
